The line is vacuum, dry and continuous type, the technology is the best in the world, and it has the many merits such as less land occupying, low consumption, less worker, stable quality of product, low unqualified radio and can produce different content of ester from 40% to 78.50%.

We provide toilet soap production line as well as laundry soap production line.
For toilet soap machines, we have 2 capacity: 300-500kg/h, 1000kg/h. 
For laundry soap machines, we have 3 capacity: 300-500kg/h, 1000-1500kg/h, and 2000-3000kg/h.
Laundry soap machines are made of carbon steel, while toilet soap machines contacting materials are made of stainless steel 304. If to produce both in one line, should use stainless steel machines.
The price for carbon steel machines and stainless steel machines have big difference.
And the materials have oil and soap noodles optional.
(300-500kg/h is recommended to use soap noodles as material)
